The UDON Loyalty Programme (hereinafter referred to as “N&F Club”) allows members, depending on purchases made at UDON, to accrue UDON€S (for each 1 euro spent at UDON is equivalent to 3 N&F Club UDON€S) and redeem these UDON€S for euros (for every 100 UDON€S accumulated, a €1 discount will be given, but it will only be possible to deduct the accumulated euros from 250 UDON€S and above) in general UDON Menu (not valid in midday Menu).
It is not permitted to have more than one N&F Club account per person (same name and postal address). UDON reserves the right to request at any time a document proving the identity of anybody who wishes to sign up or has signed up to the UDON Loyalty Programme.
It is up to the member to keep their profile information updated by checking at the restaurant or by visiting their user session on the UDON app or UDON.COM. In no case may UDON be held responsible for the non-receipt of a member’s offer due to outdated or misinformed information.

N&F Club
The UDON€S accumulated in the N&F Club are personal and non-transferable. The customer agrees to use the accumulated balance in the N&F Club programme in accordance with these legal provisions. Otherwise, UDON reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer’s Loyalty Programme account under the terms and conditions mentioned in the article “Suspension/Shutdown”.
As part of the subscription to the N&F Club Loyalty Programme, UDON collects personal data from members. This information is subject to computer processing to allow UDON to process the requests received and send offers and personalised information. The recipients of this data are UDON FRANCHISING SL and any outsourced party.
This information is recorded in the UDON customer file and, in accordance with the amended law of 6 January 1978, any member may exercise their right of access, rectification and elimination by contacting the UDON customer service department (customercare@UDON.COM).
In addition, any member may object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data concerning them by contacting the address mentioned above.
N&F CLUB
The N&F Club Loyalty Programme allows named members, upon presentation of the QR code that they will find in the user area ‘MY N&F CLUB’ on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM, to accrue UDON€S when visiting any UDON Noodle Bar & Restaurant and consuming general Menu (not valid in midday Menu) and when using the home delivery and takeaway service available on the UDON APP, UDON.COM and over the telephone (936.618.606).
The UDON€S counter is activated as soon as the customer signs up on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM. Simply by signing up, each customer receives 250 UDON€S (2.5 euros) and, from then on, for each purchase at UDON, 1 euro spent will be equivalent to 3 UDON€S. The customer may redeem this accumulated balance provided that they have exceeded 250 UDON€S and whenever consumes general Menu (not valid in midday Menu). The balance redeemed will be subtracted from their counter and they will have to reach 250 UDON€S again to deduct the following accumulated balance. Members may redeem a maximum of 1,000 UDON€S (10 euros) per visit.
Customers who previously formed part of the Exclusive Noodle Friend (ENF) Loyalty Programme will obtain an initial balance of 250 UDON€S (2.5 euros) as Exclusive members, 500 UDON€S (5 euros) as Premium members and 300 UDON€S (3 euros) as Master members.
Once signed up on UDON.COM and the N&F Club Loyalty Programme, the user will have the chance to invite 5 friends to sign up. For each new contact that signs up on UDON.COM, the user will receive 25 UDON€S, until reaching a total of 125 UDON€S. From then on, the user may invite more contacts to sign up, but will not receive more UDON€S for each new sign-up.
What’s more, each customer signed up to the N&F Club Loyalty Programme will receive an extra 100 UDON€S on their birthday and a further 100 UDON€S for each year that they celebrate as a member of the N&F Club Loyalty Programme.
Finally, the customer will receive an extra 10 UDON€S per social network if they start following UDON on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In order to claim these extra UDON€S, the user will have to access through the My N&F CLUB section on the website and be logged in to UDON.COM.

Accumulated UDON€Smay not be redeemed for cash.
If the member asks for the accumulated balance to be redeemed, UDON reserves the right to deduct the amount of UDON€S on the N&F Club Loyalty Programme card associated with the purchase of the product.

UDON reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions and will inform the customer of any modification by the most appropriate means (post, email, update of the general terms and conditions on the website www.UDON.COM). The latest version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the N&F Club Loyalty Programme may be found on the website www.UDON.COM
UDON also reserves the right not to send all offers to all N&F Club Loyalty Programme customers and the right to modify or suspend said programme. Customers will be informed by the most appropriate means (post, email, update of the general terms and conditions on the website www.UDON.COM) if the UDON Loyalty Programme is ultimately suspended. The customer will then have a maximum of 30 days to benefit from their advantages. Otherwise, the benefits and UDON€S will be forfeited. In no case may the customer file a claim against UDON for any reason. No modification or cancellation of the UDON Loyalty Programme will entitle the member to any compensation.
The UDON Loyalty Programme is designed to provide loyal UDON customers with a series of advantages based on their visits and purchases made at restaurants or on the website. This Loyalty Programme assumes that the member respects the terms and conditions of said programme and adopts fair conduct with respect to UDON.
As a result, UDON reserves the right to suspend a UDON Loyalty Programme profile or even permanently shut it down, and -if applicable- cancel the associated benefits, in the event of abuse of the Loyalty Programme. UDON will suspend and/or shut down the profile after informing the customer by the most appropriate means, without the customer being able to claim any compensation, and specifically in the following cases:
Finally, if the customer does not make any purchases for a consecutive period of 24 months, the accumulated UDON€S and balance in their profile will be forfeited. UDON will inform the customer that if they do not make a purchase in the following 30 days, their profile may be permanently shut down.
UDON is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any malfunction of the UDON Lovers Loyalty Programme. In the event of loss or theft of the UDON Lovers Loyalty Programme profile, the customer should contact UDON customer service via the web form www.UDON.COM, by e-mail (customercare@UDON.COM) or by calling +34 936 618 606 UDON will deal with the incident as soon as possible and will recover the UDON€S and accumulated balance.
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the purchase of products that UDON FRANCHISING, S.L. (“UDON”), sells through its Udon App and website order.udon.com (the “Website”) to any user of the same (the “Customer(s)”), by themselves or through the corresponding franchisee, by means of “Take Away”, “Self-Order” (“Digital Order in the restaurant”) and/or “Delivery” (“Home Delivery”). .

The purchase of the products offered through the Web entails the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions of Purchase so, before proceeding to their acceptance, please read their content carefully. If you do not accept these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the purchase of the products will not be carried out and, consequently, will not entail the assumption of any type of obligation or liability on the part of UDON.
This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brands’ programmes: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: “Sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age”.
By placing an order through the Website, the Customer declares that he/she has the legal capacity to contract the products on the Website.
The Customer undertakes to provide UDON with truthful information about himself/herself and not to place false orders. In any event, the Customer will be responsible for the accuracy of their details and the orders placed.
UDON reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Conditions of Purchase at any time, without the need to communicate or give prior notice, and therefore, before purchasing each product, please read its content carefully, as it is the Customer’s responsibility to review the General Conditions of Purchase before purchasing any product.
In order to purchase the products, the Customer must register in the “Register for free” section of the Website, or make the purchase using their “Facebook” credentials; in the latter case, UDON may have access to the information provided by the user to “Facebook”, although the processing of the data provided to “Facebook” will be subject to the terms and conditions provided for this purpose. In subsequent purchase processes, in the event that the Customer has registered, it will only be necessary to provide the e-mail address and password in the “Log in” section.
The price of the products will be that which appears in Euros next to each product on the Web and will include the taxes applicable at all times and the delivery costs which, if applicable, correspond.
If the order takes longer than expected or the Customer has any other problem with their order, they can contact the UDON Customer Service team via the email or telephone number indicated on the Website.
The Website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the products may contain an incorrect or out-of-date price. In the event that there is an error in the price, UDON will contact the Customer as soon as possible and offer them the option of reconfirming the order for the product at the correct price or cancelling it with a refund of the amount paid.
UDON reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to the order placed by the Customer shall be that stated at the time of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
The Customer must pay for the products by any of the following means of payment:
a) Debit or credit card (only “VISA”, “MASTERCARD” and “EURO 6000” cards are accepted). The Customer must include their card number, as well as any other additional information that may be required during the purchase procedure. The charge will be made once it has been accepted by the financial institution, otherwise the purchase cannot be carried out.
b) Paypal. The Customer must follow the procedure provided by this payment platform.
A discount on the price of the products purchased may be applied to the order if the Customer applies a promotional code approved in advance by UDON.
Once payment has been made, the Customer will receive a notification from UDON, confirming that the order request and payment have been made correctly.
Current legislation prohibits the advertising, sale, consumption and supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. If you are under the minimum legal age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the website will not allow you to purchase products containing alcohol.
UDON, after verifying that the purchase process has been carried out correctly, will deliver the products, according to the “Take Away” or “Delivery” methods, to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure and within the period specified on the Website or indicated by the Customer.
UDON will not be liable for any errors that may occur in the delivery of the products in the event that the Customer has not correctly completed the forms on the Website. However, if there is any incident in the delivery period, UDON will inform the Customer immediately.
The risks of the products shall be borne by the Customer from the moment it acquires material possession of them and, in the event of their return, shall continue to be borne by the Customer until they are delivered to UDON.
All product orders are subject to product availability.
In case of unavailability of the product purchased, UDON will inform the Customer and may offer a product or a discount of similar characteristics of equal or greater value, although the Customer may, alternatively, cancel their purchase request and recover the amount paid.
If, at the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is absent from the place of delivery communicated to UDON, it will be understood that the Customer unilaterally withdraws from the order.
The Customer must verify at the time of delivery that there has been no error with the product. In the event that there is any error and this is entirely attributable to UDON, the Customer may file a claim requesting the correct delivery of the product ordered or, alternatively, may cancel their order and recover the amount paid. Notwithstanding the above, no refund will be made if the product has been tampered with beyond opening it.
Given the nature and characteristics of the products, the right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation does not apply.
UDON promotional codes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and can only be redeemed on orders that are paid for by credit and/or debit card. No cash will be given in the event that the value of the order is less than the face value of the promotional code.
The promotional code will be used only once by the Customer. Promotional codes can only be used to deduct from the price of the purchase order at the time of payment.
UDON reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to provide for additional terms and conditions in relation to the promotional code voucher.
The Customer may contact UDON, using the form provided in the “Contact” section of the Website, to express complaints and claims, and UDON undertakes to deal with them as soon as possible and, in any event, within one (1) month of their submission.

Consumers will be able to submit their claims through the online dispute resolution platform.
The guarantee of the products purchased through the Website shall be in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and, where applicable, with the terms and conditions of the commercial guarantee offered to the Customer in addition.
The Customer shall be entitled to claim a paper invoice for any order placed.

In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, in relation to the personal data of the Client provided throughout the purchase procedure of the products on the Website, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply.
If any of the clauses of the General Conditions of Purchase should be declared, totally or partially, null and void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null and void or ineffective, and the same shall remain in force in all other respects, and such provision or the part thereof that is affected shall be deemed not to be in force. For these purposes, the General Conditions of Purchase shall only cease to be valid only with respect to the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision of the same shall be annulled, invalidated, impaired or affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness, unless it is essential to affect the General Conditions of Purchase in its entirety.
The General Conditions of Purchase are written in Catalan, Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between these versions, the Catalan version shall prevail.
The General Conditions of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of the General Conditions of Purchase, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations on the competent jurisdiction of consumers and users.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 11/2010 of 17 December 2010 on the prevention of underage drinking, it is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age, or by persons over 18 years of age to persons under 18 years of age.
