We are looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant in Miami (Florida-USA) with a strong passion for gastronomy, Miami experience and strong leadership talent. Job Responsibilities:

• Bring creativity and passion with a positive attitude.
• Grows Market-Share. Promote sales.
• Develops and implements business American strategies that are aligned with the companies´ brand standards
• Want to be a Restaurant Director in the future
• Cash balance and daily accounting closing.
• Ensures Successful Restaurant Operations: Supervise the correct maintenance of machinery and facilities of the restaurant + Control and supervise inventories
• Restaurant PR management (Great/Consolidated Miami networking, mandatory).
• Creates and ensures guest experiences by creating and maintaining a positive culture within the region
• Welcome customers and take orders, follow-up the service and wish to see them soon at their leave.
• Inform and recommend clients about our Restaurant offer… knowing the composition and preparation of all the menu.
• Ensures Positive Employee Experiences: Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
• Manage all Restaurant human team (hirings, incidents, layoffs, labor accidents, work tasks, productivity level, staff schedule, holidays, …).
• Attend and resolve customer complaints and general incidents as quickly as possible
• Training of the staff

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience at minimum 5 years in a similar position with corporate full-service concept, Restaurants – food Industry in Florida.
• Experience in supporting new restaurant growth and coaching new restaurant management teams.
• Training: Degree or similar on restaurant/hotel management. Valuable hospitality and / or tourism degree.
• Familiar with food and restaurant cost, inventory, labor cost, and cleanliness.
• Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment
• Demonstrated skill at coaching and providing feedback to futures Managers.
• Knows how to work together as a team. Leads by example
• Person with a cheerful, enthusiastic character
• Values and Respects Diversity
• With a great & consolidated Miami networking is a plus.
• User-level office automation: Word, Excel, Outlook …
• Fluent English and Spanish (mother tongue)
• Valuable other languages
• Valuable notions of Japanese gastronomy
